Q: How do I place an order?
A: Simply browse our online store, add your favorite items to the cart, and check out. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order is placed.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order after it's placed?
A: We process orders quickly, but if you contact us within 2 hours of placing the order, we’ll do our best to accommodate changes or cancellations.

Q: Do you offer gift cards?
A: Yes! Fruity Loo gift cards are available in various amounts and make great gifts for pet lovers. They’re digital and delivered instantly via email.


🚚 Shipping & Delivery

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days. Expedited and local delivery options are also available at checkout.

Q: Do you offer free shipping?
A: Yes! Orders over $50 ship for free within the [U.S.]
A: We do! If you're in our service area, we offer same or next-day local delivery on orders over $30.

Q: Do you sell live animals?
A: At this time, we do not sell live animals online. Some of our physical locations may offer small pets – please contact your local Fruity Loo store for availability.
